International conferences "Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics" have been held in Baku (Azerbaijan) since 2006. The fourth was held in 2012, the materials of which were included in the Thomson Reuters databases. The holding of the fifth conference, for objective reasons, became possible only in 2023.
The main scientific directions of the conference are:
1. Optimization and optimal control.
2. Mathematical modeling, parametric identification and inverse problems.
3. Numerical methods and computational technologies.
4. Decision-making in technical and socio-economic systems.
5. Modeling and management of oil and gas production, refining, transportation processes.
6. Intelligent systems.
7. Pattern recognition systems and methods.
8. Stochastic and fuzzy decision-making models.
