Selected papers will be published on IEEE Xplore digital library.
Paper Formatting Requirements:
Previously unpublished works on topical scientific problems relevant to the subject area of the conference are accepted for consideration.
Papers not exceeding 4 pages (inclusive of tables, figures and references) are submitted in electronic format in English by email to [email protected] AFTER registration of speaker and coauthors on www.pci2012.science.az.
Papers are to cover topicality of the problem, problem statement and methods of solution, scientific novelty and practical value of results.
It is required that paper format be in full compliance with IEEE standards (see Sample_IEEE.doc). To create a file, use Sample_IEEE.doc template. Typing formulas in Microsoft Equation Editor (with default settings) is acceptable. We recommend that you send a copy of your paper in PDF format along with it as an MS Word file.
Speakers prepare accompanying slide presentations in English in ‘On-screen Show’ format of MS PowerPoint by the beginning of the conference.

There is no registration fee to the Conference. The organizers undertake the publication of the Proceedings and the cultural programs during the conference. The accommodation expenses will be covered by the participants.
