Conference papers (length of 3-5 pages) will be published in a volume of the Proceedings of the Conference Please, follow the requirements and use the template to type your paper (you can download these files from the conference website).
ATTENTION:
1. Only those papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be presented by speakers at the conference sections and their results will be approved by the conference participants.
2. Foreign participants can participate in the conference online. Offline participation of Azerbaijani citizens is mandatory.
Each Paper will be assigned a DOI after review and the conference proceedings will be uploaded to the conference website with subsequent placement in the WoS databases.
Selected full-length articles on the presentations will be recommended for publication in the following journals by the editorial board of the conference:

■ Applied and Computational Mathematics
■ Informatics and Control Problems
■ Journal of High-Frequency Communication Technologies (Blue Martin Press, USA)

PAPER FORMATTING GUIDELINES:
1) Papers must be in English and correspond to the topics of the conference.
2) Papers must contain original research information of scientific and/or practical value.
3) The papers are submitted on 3 to 5 full pages (including References). Exceeding this limit is possible only with the approval of the Organizing Committee.
4) A paper should be submitted by speaker through the Easy Chair conference management system.

| 7. If the conference is granted IEEE technical sponsorship, a 50% discount will be given to all IEEE members (half the amount will be refunded if the fee has been paid in full). | |

There are rooms available for the participants of PCI 2023 conference at the "Miraj Hotel", and "Mark Hotel". These hotels are located close to the conference venue (10 minutes walk) and relatively cheap. Please note that there is only a limited number of rooms available.
